Export selected file names for Lightroom
Copy a client’s picked file names into Lightroom, or download them as a spreadsheet.

Editing in Lightroom? Instead of hunting for your client’s picks one by one, copy their file names from TurtlePic and filter your Lightroom catalogue to just those photos.
Before you start
- A guest or client who has picked favourites.
- A computer.
Open the selection
Open your event, click Registered Guests, then View under the guest’s Selected photos. Pick the folder you’re working on from the folder menu.
Copy the list for Lightroom
Click Lightroom Copy List. The file names of that folder’s selected photos are copied, separated by commas, and you’ll see Copied to clipboard.
Filter in Lightroom
In Lightroom Classic, open the Library, go to the Library Filter bar, choose Text, and paste the list. Only your client’s picks stay visible, ready to select and edit.
Download the file names as a spreadsheet
Click Download Filenames to save every selected file name as an Excel file, with one column per folder. It’s handy for sending to an album designer or keeping a record.
