By using TurtlePic, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use TurtlePic.

6. Termination
TurtlePic reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts for violation of these Terms & Conditions. Users may also terminate their accounts at any time by following the provided procedures.
7. Cancellation
Cancelling your TurtlePic subscription is a straightforward process. Please be aware that TurtlePic operates under a no-refund policy, and all subscription fees are non-refundable. To cancel your subscription, navigate to your account settings in the TurtlePic app and follow the provided cancellation procedure. Upon confirmation, you will maintain access to your subscribed features until the end of the current billing period.

8. Refunds
TurtlePic does not provide any refunds for its services. All transactions are final, and users are responsible for reviewing and understanding the features and limitations of TurtlePic before making any purchase.

TurtlePic is provided “as is,” and we make no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the service. In no event shall TurtlePic be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
TurtlePic may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms. Continued use of TurtlePic after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gurugram, Haryana. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
