Do I need to turn face search on?

No. Every photo is prepared for face search automatically as it uploads.

How long does it take?

It depends on how many photos you upload. The upload panel shows how long is left, and TurtlePic emails you when your photos are ready.

Can I add more photos after publishing?

Yes. New photos are prepared for face search as they upload, and appear in the gallery as soon as they’re ready.

Does it work with videos?

No. Face search finds photos only. Videos appear in the gallery for guests to browse.

Does it find people in group photos?

Yes. Every face in a photo is read, so a guest appears in group shots as well as their own portraits.

How can guests get the best matches?

A clear, front-facing selfie in good light, without sunglasses or a mask, works best. Share Didn’t find all your photos? with guests who need help.

Can guests see other people’s photos?

Only if you share the link that shows everyone’s photos. With the link that shows only their own photos, each guest sees just the photos they’re in.

Is there a limit on searches?

No. Guests can search as often as they like, on every plan.
