What happens when your paid plan ends
Your 30 days, paused galleries, and moving to Free Forever.

When a paid plan ends, nothing is deleted straight away. Here’s what happens, and how to keep your galleries running.
You have 30 days
For 30 days after your plan ends, nothing is deleted. Renew any time in that window and everything carries on as before.
If you’re within Free’s 5 GB
Your account simply moves to Free Forever, and your galleries keep working. You’ll see You’re on Free Forever now on your dashboard.
If you’re using more than 5 GB
Your galleries pause while you decide, and your dashboard shows Your galleries are paused with how much you’re using. Either option switches them back on straight away:
- Renew your plan.
- Delete events until you’re under 5 GB.
Note
Deleted events sit in the Bin, and their space only comes back when the Bin is emptied. If the Bin is what’s keeping you over, you’ll see an Empty the Bin now option. Emptying the Bin deletes those events permanently.
If you don’t act within 30 days
If you neither renew nor get under 5 GB within the 30 days, your account is cleared and set to Free Forever.
What Free Forever doesn’t include
- More than 5 events at a time, and more than 5 GB of storage.
- Your own logo and watermark.
- Full-gallery downloads and video uploads.
- Sending WhatsApp broadcasts. Your past broadcast results stay visible, and unused WhatsApp credits expire when your paid plan ends.
- Google Drive import and team members.
